  Package arrived in good condition, item was packed well but I had issues with the condition of the item. The box was listed as damaged, which was fine because the price reflected that. However, there was no apparent damage to the actual Funko Pop by viewing the photos and reading the listing but it was damaged to my dismay. The seller offered a full refund or a 20% refund to keep item. I thought 20% more off the price paid was fair so I took it. Problem resolved so I am happy enough now.

  Perfect EBay Buying Experience. I’m usually skeptical of bigger eBay Sellers selling items cheaper than other sellers, but this transaction disproved that. Got my item swiftly and perfectly as described. Shipping time was early and fantastic, item arrived promptly. Packaged perfectly as well with bubble wrap.   I cannot say enough good things about Ozone Toys. I’ve made several purchases lately and every one has been outstanding. The packaging and shipping were top notch. They definitely report damage to collectibles, but they honestly make them out worse than they really are. Each collectible I’ve purchased has been better than expected. And their prices are very fair and reasonable. Thank you for a great buying experience. I look forward to shopping again soon.
