  Gorgeous nails that fit perfectly. Michelle was brilliant and answered all my daft questions promptly and in detail. She even popped free nail glue and file into my parcel. Quick delivery too and we'll packaged. Very happy. Will definitely buy from her again.

  I've put positive but it's really negative. My mistake buying these the seller very rude in emails not one help one bit .I'm 62 and to be cocky emails no help at all .don't buy of this seller I could understand if they where cheap nails but I'm left with nails that don't fit 8 pound down the drain

  Now, let's not lie! You sent a rude message telling me they didn't fit, I advise on my listings to order a 99p sizing kit to ensure the perfect fit, which you disputed. I don't accept returns as these are made to order, but I offered you to return for a full refund, which you declined! Not sure what else you expected me to do? I was far from rude & kindly offered a resolution, Personally think you wanted the nails & also a refund. My 5* 100s of positive reviews speak for themselves! :)
