    This was a big investment and the seller was so accommodating! From answering my questions prior to sale to shipping updates. Package arrived early, all the fragile items were packed so carefully with no issues to any boxes even. Great value... better than described! I'll definitely be a forever customer to TMR audio.

    Item as described, maybe even better than described, tmr are straight shooters. Packed carefully and shipped quickly. Seller notified me whenever there was a change in status, provided tracking number, etc. Even had a personalized note of gratitude inside the box, a nice touch. Shipping charges were very realistic as was the price of equipment I bought. Buy with confidence, A++

    Unit arrived on a sunday 2 days after ordering and was boxed inside original packaging and then double boxed. I feel the value was more than fair and was as described.

    This C9 arrived as described, in open box conditon with all factory-included accesories. It was packed very well to prevent damage during shipping. It arrived on time. I feel the price was fair, considering there is a newer version of this item available at a higher cost. It sounds very nice as well, including the LCD X headphone I purchased from TMR last year. Will continue to purchase from this seller in the future.

    Excellent experience. I would gladly buy from this seller again. Great price, shipped fast (arrived two days ahead of schedule), solid packaging, and everything exactly as described. Item is perfect. Doesn't get any better.

    TMR was extremely helpful and responsive to questions. There was also a follow up phone call to see if I was satisfied with my prior interaction. The price was fair including shipping cost. The preamp arrived exactly as promised which they were happy to delay since I was out of the country. It was packed beautifully and thoroughly.The condition of the preamp was accurately described and in person, the blemishes were less noticeable than described. I can’t recommend TMR enough.
