    Due to me not reading the full description, I was surprised when my tin sign arrived with a slight bend. After contacting the seller and realizing my error, they still generously offered me a partial refund which I accepted. Some sellers operate with small profit margins and this gesture was gratefully received. I would not hesitate to buy from this seller in the future. They are impressive!
