  Shipping was amazing and fast. Packing was phenomenal, so it was odd that the handle broke on one. Exactly as described. Great communication with seller. Refunded my purchase because of the breaking. Didn’t have to do that. Thank you.

  Only a positive, because It is a great hat and it was described accurately. Seller shipped out quickly, however USPS took over 3 weeks to deliver. (This is not the seller's fault). However, the package was too small for the item and smashed the hat. Thankfully, I was able to reform the hat back to original condition.

  So pleased to add a new color in Coastal Blue to my growing collection of Le Creuset Bistro mugs. It was packed and shipped with utmost care. The mug was described perfectly. Since it is a rare color I found it to be an excellent value.
