    I ordered on Dec. 20. Estimated shipping time was about 5 days. Seller did not ship until Dec. 27. There was no communication from seller. I had to contact them. Item finally arrived Jan. 2. The items I purchased were as described and in the condition I expected.

    Terrible customer service. I brought the item and me and the seller messaged for two days about the item as I asked if they could send the item as priority I paid them the difference. Just for a day later they expressed they did not have the item I wanted. So for 3 days they had me thinking my item was on its way and it never was and they are not aware of inventory terrible never again

    Here are the FACTS: purchase made at 12:45 pm Nov 18 2024. On Nov. 19, 2024 at 5:52 am buyer messages ‘when will you be shipping’ I offered expedited shipping to address the need for rush. Buyer paid. I came home from work at 11am and realized that I mistakenly shipped that lot to another buyer who refused to respond to my message. I let buyer know and refunded I was told ‘wow terrible service.
