  Lady Charleston provided great service with prompt communication. I asked for an accommodation for the GameCube, and she acted without hesitation. With that said, the GameCube was advertised with little cosmetic wear (scratches). As it turned out, the base of the console had chipped plastic specifically on the bottom corner. I can see how this imperfection was overlooked. Otherwise, great service and about the best packaging that I have ever seen. Thank you ma’am.
