  Seller is A Top Shelf individual!! Shipping company screwed up and there were "undue and unnecessary" delays. This seller sent an individual item and his expense!! That is customer service beyond expectations and the mark of an individual with integrity!! Communication was excellent and timely and I will always check his items for sale first, when I'm on eBay. I can't say enough good things about This Seller!! 5 STARS!

  Quality item, brand new, and great value. Packed well and shipped quickly. There was an issue with my order and it was very quick and easy to resolve this with the seller. A replacement was in the mail immediately. Excellent customer service and already ordered new items from them. Buy with confidence - we need more sellers like this!

  My package bounced around the postal service for about three weeks because the sell doesn’t know how to attach the shipping label. Item couldn’t be scanned correctly because the label was wrapped around a corner. I asked the seller to ship another one or refund my money. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN. The seller did nothing to help. I spent my time (Several Phone Calls) trying to figure out how to get the package. I finally was able to get the item. I don’t recommend this seller.

  I have 25 years of shipping experience, I have never had an issue regarding the placement of the shipping label. This is not a result of my actions, but rather USPS mishandling. There are many who try to exploit eBay to obtain refunds or additional items, making it nearly impossible to distinguish between genuine buyers & fraudsters. As a business professional, I must safeguard my interests. eBay has established policies & procedures that I adhere to in order to protect both sellers and buyers.
