    The item arrived exactly as described, packaged very well, and shipped on time. I’ve been using it for the last 6 days with no issues—it works perfectly and is very fast!     Lenovo Thinkpad E16 Gen2 came sealed and in brand new condition, as advertised. Super fast processing and shipping. No issues at all, highly recommend this seller! Promotional price was fantastic, value was superb. This laptop was for my IT business use, but I will keep this seller in mind if I need to buy machines for clients.

    Seller provided prompt communication and a machine that was clearly refurbished with great care. When we realized the laptop that was sent was the correct model but missing a RAM stick, the seller checked to see if I was comfortable installing it, and sent the needed RAM. Their customer service was spectacular, and I would buy from them again if I need to get my hands on a used computer.

    I just received my package today. The item beat a bunch of other packages that were supposed to show up days ago. I love advanced nutes. The box was undamaged and it came packaged with paperwork, and a receipt. What else needs to bee said about a good vendor, good product, and happy customer?? Words words words words words words words just to fill lol.

    Good seller. Laptop came in a sealed box and looks like new, but it had a bad battery. Seller was quick to send me out a brand new replacement battery, which took five minutes to install. Great machine.
