  Professional transaction!!! Item [Huey Door Gunner Army Challenge coin] precise description of item with very helpful pictures! The coin was actual larger than challenge I have been given!!! I had good communication with seller. Shipping and delivery came up a little off the mark and short - but arrived in time. The coin was a gift for my father that was a door gunner in the Huey. I think he liked it - so big thank you!!! I would buy from seller again and recommend the seller. Thank You Again.

  The patch itself is great, exactly as described. 5 stars for that. 🌟 But the shipping left a lot to be desired. If one charges $8.75 for shipping, I expect a tracking number and some better packaging. The patch was inside a plain envelope with no return address and a $0.97 stamp from Georgia when the seller location is listed as California. Overall I'm happy to have the patch for my husband but I don't think I would buy from them again without requesting better shipping.

  Struggling to leave positive feedback. The patch is paper thin and 2-3x thinner than any patch i have on my flight jacket for the last 40 years. The seller was nice, easy to work with and fast shipping, but the product is substandard junk, especialy for the price. Shipping was expensive and just sent in a standard envelope that would have cost far less than the shipping price

  Had a little issue on shipping. Spoke to the owner. He told me what he would do. He did exactly as he stated. Problem solved. The hat I purchased is top quality. I feel the owner and product I purchased was top service all the way around. Would I buy again Yep!!

  This seller is SUPERB. I STRONGLY recommend buying from THEMATSA. He immediately followed up with me every time I wrote him. He correctly addressed the envelope to me and the United Post Office misread it and tried to send it back. Steve was going to send me another one free. I did finally receive the patch & I will ALWAYS be buying from Steve. From a grateful mom of US Coast Guard veteran son. A++++++++
