Revised: seller said, “ You ll need to open a case with eBay to request to return for refund.” Purchased the LED Lightning McQueen Crocs listed as “new”. Left shoe does not light up. The right shoe is very dim. Contacted the seller. Had to contact eBay. Shoes are not what was described in description.

Item was returned, tested and in working order. Same condition in which it was bought from the Crocs factory. Not sure what the customer was expecting, but the item did in fact work and was as described.
