  Fantastic experience! The seller was great, he graciously and quickly answered all of my questions as I debated between several of his MacBooks. His communication is top notch, and he’s great to work with. He shipped the machine right away. I received it 2nd day in fantastic shape and was packaged well. It’s exactly as described, maybe even better. So far the MacBook is functioning exactly as it should, I’m very, very happy with my purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this seller to anyone! Thank you!!

  Was packaged very well. Arrived in excellent condition, almost like new. I couldn’t believe how nice the MacBook looked when I opened it. It was exactly as the seller described. This is my first MacBook Air and the quality of the item exceeded my expectations. The seller was very responsive to my questions, shipping was fast, price was very extremely reasonable, he was patient in answering my questions, and someone who is new to MacBooks. Thank you being such a great seller and person!!

  Thank you so much for your comments. I do try to replicate the experience you would have if you were to receive a new computer, etc. directly from Apple. Of course when you buy from me you are paying around half of the price that a new unit would cost! Thanks again and let me know if you need anything in the future.

  The laptop is perfect! Exactly as described, great condition, price was reasonable. I really liked the case and the laptop is exactly what I needed. Loved it! The previous owner was still attached and had to get removed, but The Mac Patch is patient, kind, and willing to help if you need it. I appreciate good customer service. The cord is in perfect condition and the shipping was first class. Very well packaged to protect the laptop! Overall, while I had to do some IT work, I am very happy.
