The Log Furniture Store has outfitted log homes, cabins and resorts since the early 90's and have had a website since 1999. We are one of the oldest log furniture manufacturers actively selling online. Our furniture designs are rustic, yet look great in more contemporary settings as well as log homes and cabins!

    My order was suppose to be shipped within 2 days of placing the order. It has been 4 days and even after sending the seller a message I have heard absolutely nothing. I ordered from this seller because of the fast shipping times indicated, but apparently the reviews were off by several days. Will not order from this seller ever again.

    Ordered my power box 7:40am on July 24th, was supposed to be shipped after 2 business days & both my Ebay confirmation & my PayPal confirmation said package would arrive between July 28th & Aug 1st, the seller is in Minnesota, I am in Minnesota. It is now Aug 3rd & the seller still hasn’t shipped. No tracking number info has been provided. I messaged the seller on the 27th & didn’t get a reply, again on the 1st & nothing. Bought specifically for a camping trip the 1st-3rd. Very disappointed !!!!

    Shipment took forever, Measurement is not accurate for battery and vendor doesn’t respond to get it replaced even after I offered to buy the bigger power box but no response. After a month of ordering the bigger box I am now in the process of getting a refund since I’ve had no response on all my emails sent and item hasn’t arrived. I am now stuck with smaller power box as well. Worst eBay experience by far.

    You sent the wrong sample. I ordered White Pine SAGE and instead you sent White Pine DUSK (which is a repeat of the first sample I ordered and already have) . I tried contacting you but there has been no response. I might add that your contact system could be more user friendly.
