  Basket was advertised with a protector. Never received the protector. Basket was nice, but I ordered it because of it including the protector. I did reach out to seller and she apologized said she had several baskets listed with protectors and forget to remove it from my listing's. Read your listing's before posting it. Sorry for your illness but we all have problems in life. Said I could return it. Alot of unnecessary aggravation on me.

  I apologized to buyer for my mistake, I owned it. I mentioned that all pictures of the basket showed that there is no protector and it was my mistake for not removing protector from the title. I offered a free refund, 0 cost for buyer anything to return. buyer wanted me to just refund and not return the basket. I mentioned my illness in a personal message to the buyer and am sad it was part of this retaliatory negative feedback. I did my best to please the buyer as I always do 24+ at 100%.
