  Excellent product, as described. Quick responses to communication and item dispatched promptly (although Royal Mail failed to follow delivery instructions which they even confirmed by email, which meant I didn't receive the item on the day it was expected, but this is not the sellers fault).

  I am delighted with my purchase! I would definitely recommend this seller, who replied to my initial question about the laptop very quickly. It arrived sooner than expected, the day after I bought it. Packaged with a lot of care too, to keep it safe. The laptop is exactly as described, and I am extremely happy with it. It came with Windows 11 ready to install, so now that is set up and I am good to go! Perfect.

  Absolutely amazing service. The laptop is in mint condition and looks virtually brand new and works perfectly. Due to me ordering after the cutoff time for next day delivery it wouldn’t have arrived in time, so they sent someone the same day to deliver it to me. Went completely above and beyond, will definitely use The Laptop Factory again for future purchases!

  Order placed before midday on a Saturday, unbelievably it arrived in less than 24 hours, on a Sunday. The laptop is a massive bargain, very well priced and the communication from the buyer was excellent and really kind and helpful. Highly recommend this seller.
