    The laptops arrived very well packaged, each laptop in it's own laptop bubble sleeve, and surrounded with extra packaging. The shipping was a little faster than expected for such a large package, and for considering the delays due to weather. The laptops arrived not quite as they were described as they all function very well, and some came with Windows installed already. For the price paid, and for the products received, the value here couldn't be beat! I am very happy, 10/10!

    Super, super communicative and easy to contact. USPS had sent the laptop to a completely different state and it took almost 2 weeks extra for it to actually arrive, but the seller was available to message throughout the entire process. They kept a check on the laptop along with me and ended up having to open a missing mail search along the way. The laptop came as described with an unknown battery charge- sadly not very long. The package survived multiple incorrect states and was well protected.

    The seller shipped the laptop within 24 hours. USPS lost the package. The seller was on top of this. It was found and lost again. Seller filed claim against USPS. I quickly got a refund from the seller. I would recommend this seller. Good communication and customer service. I will buy from them again!

    This laptop purchase was as described, and arrived in a box well-packaged, and secure. The shipment arrived on time. The laptop is a great value for the money, and will be an excellent unit for the tasks that I expect to use it for (preparing training materials). I recommend this seller highly!!!
