  I received this today and was very happy to open my package. It came in a parcel box mounted on card covered with padding and in a cellophane sleeve. This is definitely very glamourous and a beautiful set. I purchased this as it was stated to be rhodium plated and nickel free which is what I need (as I am allergic to Nickel) and the package states on the back: H036l Nickel free. As long as this is correct I am very happy. Came late, probably due to Xmas season, but kept informed.

  I received this item shipped in a bag inside of an envelope from the UK to Florida. The necklace arrived in 3 pieces! I contacted the seller and was offered a 10% discount and instructed that I should “simply” reassemble the necklace myself. I was also told that this is not a problem that they have “99% of the time”. I don’t care what percentage of the time items arrive undamaged. I care that my necklace is in 3 pieces because it was shipped in sub-par packaging. NOT NOT RECOMMEND.

  We have apologised for the way it was received. The damage took place due to to rough handling in mail system, but please tell the truth. you were NOT 'simply instructed' to do anything. We could see by the photos that the repair would mean just threading the links together again, and you were asked if you would be open to fixing it yourself for a partial refund, but you wanted a full refund, with the threat of negative feedback. UNFAIR AND UNNECESSARY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. We were wiling to help.
