  The knife arrived in great condition. The knife also arrived very quickly, just 2 days after I ordered it. The lettering on the package was a little bit faded, but that's a very superficial issue and the knife itself is very high quality!

  This seller provided us with a machine as advertised - open box in brand new condition - at a great price! The shipment was processed quickly and arrived early. Com - the item was missing the drip tray cover. Also the grinder would not power on and therefore we could not make coffee. The good news is that I called Miele directly for support and they quickly shipped me the missing part at no cost. Also they sent a service tech over who was able to take it apart and fix the problem quickly.
