This is the best seller you will encounter. She has excellent customer service and extremely honest. There was a minor issue with shipping, and she kept me in the loop and due to her expertise and diligence she was able to make everything correct. Life gets messy and things happen however, you would this seller on your side! The shoes are beautiful and as described. Thank you so much for all your help.

Post Office "let it go this time" when the coat arrived in a large USPS flat rate box that was covered with white plastic...accused shipper of theft of the box then covering it for a lower rate. Coat is nice though.
