  Promptly shipped, new as described, well packaged. Great quality appearance and value. Problem with delivery ir tracking. Tracking posted that item was delivered Tuesday Sept. 2nd. Package actually arrived in mailbox Thursday Sept. 4th. It was a UPS shipment. Believe pkg was delivered to incorrect address and recipient hand delivered yo correct address. Item arrived in excellent condition.

  Can’t say enough good things about this seller and our transaction. These are hard to find cotton swabs and I was so happy to find them. There was a delivery snafu that the seller IMMEDIATELY rectified. GREAT communication, FAST shipping. Great product. Fair price. BIG thumbs up.
