  This is the third item I purchased from the seller along this lines. Seller is very easy to communicate with and reasonable to work with. I had an issue with one of the previous items and she took care of it flawlessly, which prompted me to purchase this item. Packaging is great and item shipped out quick and arrived quick.   First of all, this coat is gorgeous! I wanted it to fit my mother, who wears a womens size small or medium depending on the line/brand. However, this was actually a girls medium. We both love the coat but it wouldn’t work. I asked the Seller and she IMMEDIATELY apologized and refunded it and suggested we donate it. I am so impressed by the Seller’s professionalism and customer service. Also, this coat was packaged neatly & fast to ship. I highly recommend this Seller!
