  Item was as described & shipped in a box to prevent damage. Bought 2 separate items at the same time because they were the last ones available & messaged the seller if he would combine shipping after I had already purchased them. He messaged back & said he would ,therefore saving me some money. Would definitely buy from again in the future. On my favorite seller list.

  Mug was packaged extremely well and arrived on time. Seller was upfront about a crack on the mug that had not been noted prior to sale. I was given an option to cancel or accept at a lower price, which is what I did. Since I just intend to display the mug rather than use it, the crack isn’t noticeable. Refund issued promptly for the discounted price. I would buy from this seller again.
