Hats were shipped pretty much right away and arrived in perfect condition because the HatPros ship using boxes which is the way to go with these hats. They can and will get crushed if you don’t ship using a box. The price is always reasonable as well for these hats. I’ve been using them exclusively for years to buy my 6597 style hats and will continue buying through them as long as they’re in business.
