    Vest in excellent condition as advertised. USPS diverted the shipment to Alaska and provided sketchy tracking. Seller was with me all the way in tracking it down. If you run into this problem with USPS, I highly recommend filing a Service Request with USPS. It seems to motivate them into finding your lost package. All good now.
