Forever Updated, but never Finished, The Hackery (Since 2008) has been through many updates, but never strayed from our mission: Fix More, Buy Less. As technology increases, so does the waste, and nothing is more important than how we manage our tech. We are the solution. Our stock is entirely supported by community donations here in Vancouver, Canada. Everything you see is repaired on site, tested, or otherwise received as new donation. Whatever we cannot repair, reuse, or resell, we send to the appropriate recycling facility to be broken down or sold for its weight in materials. None of our Recycling is sent overseas, local only.

    The PowerBook I had ordered was exactly as described in great shape. It came packaged with care so it wouldn't be damaged during shipping. The shipping costs were reasonable, and the computer in the shape it was in was well worth the cost.
