    The stained glass window came from Chicago all the way to Seattle unbroken. The window was brilliantly packed. I was very impressed with the protective bubble wrap, cardboard and care that put into protecting it. The shop contact gentleman was quick to reply to my messages and appreciative for my business. 10/10 from me with this purchase and working with the shop :)

    I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. The seller contacted me immediately with concerns about shipping as the sign is in nearly perfect condition. He then made the choice to personally deliver it to me driving over 6 hours round trip! I have never experienced such kindness. The sign looks even better than described! I can’t express enough what a pleasure it was working with the seller. I couldn’t be happier!!! He was fantastic!

    Took over 15 min to unwrap it - packaged extremely well!!! On the listing, it said a signature was needed for delivery. It arrived a day earlier than posted ( with no notice), and it was left at my door - no signature, which surprised me! Seller was super good with communication
