  The ping driver shaft arrived in good used condition and was exactly as expected. The packaging was good ensuring it would not be damaged. Only complaint was the seller uses EVRI for postage and they were not great in terms of it arriving when they said it would and sending accurate tracking updates. That being said, i did received the shaft with a few days of ordering so cant complain too much. It was also £50 cheaper than my local club were offering it so good VFM

  Bought some golf clubs which were lost by the delivery company. Answered my query promptly to chase the delivery up when they hadn’t arrived. Refunded immediately when told the clubs were lost. Offered me a discount on anything else I wanted to buy. First class customer service!
