  Arrived very quickly considering the distance between countries. Seller highlights in listing about Custom Import Charges; however it was quite a bit more than I anticipated they'd be. But the seller had already been kind enough to compromise on postage as I had purchased two items; so even with the extra 'fee charges' I still think the earrings are really good value - they are exactly as described. They were well packed and presented in a lovely gift box tied in ribbon with a bow. Thank you.

  A stunningly beautiful cross that opens to show a crucifix is as described and was so carefully packaged in a lovely necklace jewel box. I am in awe and amazement that this item came so quickly from Australia. It took longer to get to Brooklyn, NY from California than from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles. Kudos to Australia and this seller. I highly recommend this shop.

  I purchased and paid for the item, and was contacted shortly after to say it had conveniently already been sold in-store. I was issued a refund, but after reading other reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident. This appears to be a recurring pattern- items are listed, sold, then "unavailable" shortly after purchase. I'm sharing my experience along with photos in case these earrings conveniently reappear at a higher price. Disappointing of the professionalism at an online store

  Our online store operates alongside our main physical store. As we are currently unstaffed, we do occasionally experience inventory discrepancies, which we are actively working to improve. In the case when an item is relisted, it's often because a customer had it on lay-by but later changed their mind. Due to fluctuations in the gold market, relisted items may reflect updated pricing based on the current gold price. However we do offer our deepest apologies for the inconvenience.
