  I always order from that supplier (great price and great quality) and first time had situation when the package was late - they sent another package straight away after my message and was with me the next day. Great customer service!! Fully recommended. Will buy again for sure!

  Top class service! The items arrived via expeditious delivery, they were delicate items and we're packaged extremely well. Although there was an error with my order, I received swift communication and it was rectified immediately, with my correct item arriving with 24 hours. The returns process was straight forward and free. Overall a great find to know there are decent, reliable shops on eBay that are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. Thank you!

  Initially contacted seller for verification of correct parts for the car,NO ANSWER, contacted a 2nd time, NO ANSWER, contacted a3rd time for verification of postage of the kit, NO ANSWER? Package eventually arrived,LATE, Just hoping it’s correct for the car, had they answered I would have been sure they are correct. The listing says the kit is correct,but we will see, fingers crossed. Take my advice and purchase elsewhere. Well priced but RUBBISH CONTACT.

  Unfortunately the incorrect part was delivered due to an error in cross-referencing within the motor trade OEM referencing publication (ie it was not the fault of the Seller). The Seller was most helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty to obtain the correct part, couriered from Germany, to get it to me asap, for which I am most grateful.
