  Brand new just as described. The item was originally sent with Evri who failed to find my address. I contacted the seller to request a parcel shop delivery but think they must have resent the item with Royal Mail - so the second parcel arrived without issues. I really appreciated this second dispatch which was above and beyond really - as not the sellers fault. The item was great value and just as described, well packed and did reach me in good time. Excellent seller - highly recommended.

  New item as described, excellent use by date on item, and reasonably priced, including free P&P which was much appreciated. Securely wrapped and packaged and promptly despatched following payment.   My tea purchase arrived quickly by Royal Mail. It was well packaged and no damage to the cartons. The tea had a very good ‘use before’ date at the end of 2026. The tea received was as seen in the photograph. I would use this seller again and recommend this seller.
