  The packaging was immaculate . They used all brand new box . All brand new bubble wrap . And was packed very well. I don’t think any shipper can mess it up. The item as described and shipping was fast . The value of the item is way beyond money I paid . The professionalism was off the roof . They even have a thank you card with the item .   This seller is fantastic! Our package arrived broken; our mail has a reputation for a reason! It was packaged well, but the post office here mishandles our packages, and perhaps it didn't stand a chance. The seller immediately issued a refund when we sent them an email and a picture of the broken skillet, and they also sent a nice note. They even refunded the shipping, going above and beyond our expectations!

  This was an extraordinary, exceptional transaction - it couldn't have gone more smoothly. Super value for price, packaging, fast shipping (which your algorithms seems to prefer). But how to quantify the CARE with which this seller took with this transaction? I received a beautiful painting (yes, exactly as described & a great value) but it felt like it had been wrapped with the care and desire to make me feel that I was opening a gift from a family member.   I cannot say enough good things about Victoria and Derek. Wonderful buying experience with these sellers. Not only did they respond to all of my questions, they gave me a great deal, and you could tell they really cared about the item going to a good home.
