  Advertised at ttr1000 but in the box was a trh1000, which is different and lower quality. Still a good price so I’m keeping it. Shipping and packing fast and nice.

  Excellent transaction! It's going to be a little bit of time before I install this, but even if it doesn't work, I cannot imagine it being the fault of the seller. This was advertised as open box, but the internal packing was factory sealed like new. It arrived a couple days late, but again, I doubt this was the fault of the seller and was probably due more to the volume of holiday mail the USPS was processing during this time.

  The teapot was carefully packaged in plastic wrap then layers of bubble wrap. It arrived in perfect condition! It’s beautiful! The shipping was fast! It. Was as described or even better! Great value for the money.

  Item arrived as described except it was damaged in shipping the particular damage is unfortunately very common with this cassette deck. The seller immediately offered to take the item back and pay for shipping. Given the nature of Nakamichi cassette decks I decided to keep the deck and repair it. The seller provided an agreed upon partial refund and was easy to work with turning what could have been a disaster into a positive outcome

  Packaging was excellent, lots of bubble wrap, shrink wrap and care taken. Nice sturdy carton also and the item arrived earlier than estimated. Product looks great and works exactly as described. Very happy with this seller. Thank you
