I had told them from the beginning what day I needed it by and though they mostly just dismissed saying “busy is their new normal” they assured me I would get the camera much earlier than when needed it. It arrived very well packaged and as described, but looks even better in person! I've yet to run film through it but everything seems to be working very well.
