    TFS- DIRECT, IS A TOP CLASS SELLER, YOU CAN TRUST, WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH D P D , THE CHAIRS ARRIVED 5 DAYS LATE AND HAD BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, PACKAGING DISTROYED AND RESEALED BADLY, CHAIRS BROKEN PARTS MISSING, UNUSABLE, BUT THANKS TO TFS-DIRECT, AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS, WE HAVE HAD A FULL REFUND, THANK YOU , YOU HAVE BEEN VERY HELPFUL IN THIS PROBLEM WITH DPD, TFS-DIRECT IS A FIRST CLASS EBAYER 10/10

    Seller communication was great. Unfortunately the courier they used were not so great and the item was not delivered when it should have been despite me reaching out to the courier and being reassured that it would. Seller was most apologetic and also contacted the courier. When item was delivered table top was broken but the seller was fabulous and sent a replacement straight away. Very happy with the garden furniture and the communication and service between myself and the seller.

    Great bistro set good value nice quality looks lovely on our veranda. After receiving this boxed up but box was slightly battered and had been resealed by the carrier we discovered a small piece had been snapped off one chair seat, after letting the seller know and sending a couple of photos we have received a replacement chair seat and and all this within five days. I cannot praise the seller high enough wonderful customer service thank you so much.
