  The seller is excellent and customer service amazing. I ordered 2 remote controls and the order was delivered the following day. Unfortunately, the Jiffy bag had been ripped open en route and no remotes inside. The company responded immediately and refunded for one remote (sadly the last one they had) and posted out the other the same day. The replacement arrived safely and works a treat. 5 stars from me.

  I ordered the Humax remote having to have it dispatched to Spain, it worked when the supplier tested in the UK but unfortunately didn't work when it arrived here. We think that it must have been damaged in transit. WE had good communication and she kindly offered to refund my money without argument. I can highly recommend this seller.
