  When there was an issue with my order they were very quick to respond and offer me a partial refund. I’ve bought from The End Games multiple times and have only had good experiences. Great value for all of their products and they always do their best here. Very quick shipping and great packaging. Definitely will buy from them again.

  Overall the product was good and arrived quickly. It was packed in paper and one of the arms had fallen off, had the seller used better materials it would have had a better time in transit. More delicate models may break with this method. The item description was also inaccurate. The title and item description said 8 marines, but the picture only had 7. I only got 7. Frustrating, but probably an honest mistake. Seller should take better care to proofread in the future.

  Order was exactly as advertised. Item shipped fast and was well protected. Item came in original packaging in new condition. Received item from auction, and as such the original item price was fairly set at the start of the auction. Great seller, would buy again.

  The wrong item was shipped to me so I had to ship it back to them and ask for a refund. They paid for USPS return shipping and at first I was miffed that I’d have to go to the USPS post office to mail it back but the info from eBay about printing the mailing label and scheduling a USPS carrier pickup worked very well so I got over that. Seller gave me full refund, about 48 hours after it arrived back at their store.
