  Sadly packaging breached during transit and I only received one pen instead of the two. Contacted seller to return but I was refunded the full amount paid a short while later. Just waiting to hear if I'm to send the one pen back to them. Although I didn't receivey my full order, customer service exceptional in making refund in such a timely manner, would buy from again without hesitation. Thank you.
