    The coolbuck was awesome, went above and beyond. One lamb had a broken limb on arrival, it was not in the packing material. I contacted TCB and asked if he could find the limb to send to me, I would have glued it. I was not seeking a partial or full refund. TCB was chagrined, apologized and gave me a full refund on items and shipping costs. 5/5 would buy from TCB again. What a sweetie!

    “Total scammer. Listing showed a full Bath & Body Works product, but they mailed me an EMPTY bottle — nothing but air. This isn’t a mistake, it’s pure fraud. Who thinks it’s okay to ship trash and call it ‘new’? This seller has zero honesty, zero respect for buyers, and zero business being on eBay. If you value your money, avoid at all costs. Don’t let them rip you off like they tried with me.”

    This was not a scam, but simply an issue where the bottle broke during shipping. you can see from the box that is covered in soap that this is clearly the case. I'm fine with negative feedback as you are unhappy that the item was mishandled and broke, but to call me a scammer just simply isn't true.
