I never received the item and eBay initially denied my refund request. I don't understand why when the denial was after my projected delivery date. I had to submit again. This is wrong, unfair to the customer and a waste of time.

Order was placed over a month and a half ago- shipping time kept changing. I attempted to contact the seller with no response. I had to contact eBay for a refund. Very disappointed- I would not use this seller - this was a scam
