The inside of the Presentation Box is also Damaged. The seller accepts no responsibility for the POOR packaging. Ben claims the Presentation Box was a Bonus and he writes a nice book. Unfortunately He does NOT tell the Truth ! Sadly this seller is too Cheap to buy Styro,etc for safe shipping! They use cheaply made airbags! 12 of 15 arrived Empty & under the Presentation Box -leaving the outer box 60% Empty! This buyer has been repeatedly unreasonable, dishonest in their claims, and abusive in communication.
