  Exactly as described, arrived safely and it came in a little velvet gift bag which is a really nice touch, delivered on time and quickly after placing my order, the engraving on the front and back makes it more personal, will definitely buy more charms from this seller, very happy with my purchase, thanks guys

  I am so pleased. The charm was as described. First class service! Item arrived the day after ordering. I requested the gift box rather the gift bag, and it is lovely. Looks more expensive than it was. Thank you, I would definitely use this seller again.
