  The unit was listed as new open box. I contacted the seller directly and asked him to confirm this was new unit. He confirmed that it was never used. He highlighted that it had the original serial number on the drip tray metal grate. When it arrived, the unit was visibly used and did not work. The seller had also removed the serial number on the box as well as the serial number on the unit itself. The seller did provide a full refund after returning the unit. I would not trust this seller.

  This was advertised as a new in original packing and was NOT new. There was water in the tank and the box was opened before. It was shipped in the resealed box with no covering on the outside. It also had coffee residue on the nozzles and in the drip tray liked it was brewed a few times then wrapped up and shipped to me. I would never do business with this seller again.
