  Poor communication. Seller replied after 1 week, refused to give tracking despite multiple requests. Claimed dispatch on May 23 via Royal Mail 1st Class, but item arrived over a week later. Tracking was printed on the parcel, proving it was withheld. Seller blamed staff issues and Royal Mail. Not honest or reliable. I don't recommend this seller. Buy elsewhere due to lack of transparency, trust, and professionalism.

  Apologies for the slower than usual dispatch, we were short staffed due to illness and this unfortunately caused delays. As can seen by our 1000+ positive reviews this was a one off and we'll endeavour to do better next time.

  Never arrived even though I had been told it had been dispatched and then would be with me within 3 days. Still no sign and have been refunded the money

  Deliverered as described, but very late. The buyer reimbursed the purchase, which was very nice of them
