Communication continues from purchase to delivery which is so helpful. Value very competitive. And the speed of delivery is amazing ~ they informed me that the boxes would be a little later in the day but still would arrive~I turned on the porch light and sure enough, there they were! When the mailing label was created on April 3rd, it was supposed to be scanned by the USPS to initiate the tracking and provide package acceptance. A week later, the postal service still hadn't scanned the package, so I called and spoke with the folks in customer service at the Boxery. I told them that I my package was supposed to arrive no later than the 7th, but it had never left Lyndhurst, NJ. She offered to send me a replacement order
