  Ordered this 20" Toshiba CRT and I couldn't be happier! It is beautiful and as described! It was packed so well and arrived damage free! I can tell they put a lot of attention and care into the shipping process. The communication with was efficient and helpful!   Quick to ship. Item packed well, but box arrived damaged. Turntable would only eject and not stay in the unit and the head of the cassette deck wasn't attached--both issues happened in transit.
