  Item was delivered as described next day from ordering, perfect condition, brand-new product as listed on the website , faultless purchasing process from start to finish .Was one of the cheapest advertised prices for a genuine brand-new product.  Quality and appearance is as expected. This was a brand-new pair of workboots in the genuine box with documentation.

  Received delivery but some were wrong size. Contacted, they quickly replied, apologised, sent correct size and a free mail coupon to return incorrect items. So while there was a small issue, the way it was handled means they are a company I would prefer to deal with.

  The boots arrived in excellent condition and I would highly recommend wide load boots to anyone with wide feet. I normally wear barefoot shoes, but for my current job I am required to work outdoors with steel toe boots, so I have found these to be an awesome option to work in. The package arrived via AusPost and then final delivery was through USPS. The seller also provided excellent communication in regards to shipping. I highly recommend them and will be buying from them again in the future.
