Seller took 3 days to respond. Boots were HUGE!! I ordered a pair, per reviews a half a size smaller. I should have ordered boots a size and a half smaller!! There were NO insoles with the boot. Contacted seller who offered NO resolution other than send them back. I was literally told to go buy insoles because they were too big!! They didnt even come with insoles. Now they would need two pairs!
