  Item as described. Does not come with required housing gaskets like other HiFlo Oil Filters but in fairness, it didn’t mention on the description that it did. Fair price. Item was just in a brown envelope with no protection and as it is a paper filter, it is slightly deformed. This is probably due to postal handling but would have expected better protection. Arrived one day later than suggested.

  Absolutely fantastic service & would highly recommend this seller. Responded to messages quickly regarding fitment & suitability and even went as far as physically counting chain links before despatch as I’d had problems in the past with items arriving shorter than they should be. Item arrived the day after placing order by tracked delivery & couldn’t be happier & being my second purchase from this seller, I’ll certainly be buying from them again as great prices too.

  I ordered both air and oil filter ready for my service. Speedy dispatch, but due to the unscrupulous Royal Mail, the package had been torn open and the oil filter was missing… Nothing to do directly with The Bike Guys. However, after only a few messages back and forth they sent me an FOC replacement and it arrived within 2 days. Now THAT is great customer service, on quality and affordable bike parts. Well done and thank you 🙏🏼☺️

  It arrived really quick which was super helpful for me. The condition of the battery was amazing and the item was just as described; working perfectly for my bike. It was packaged great and the battery arrived intact. They have great communication and made it really easy for me to select the right battery for my bike. Definitely got my value for money and I would buy from this seller again. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

  Hasn’t Evan shown up delivery said 1 to 2 days it’s been 4 days and still no confirmation of the item been dispatched from the seller no tracking number no nothing once my parcel has arrived i won’t be buying from this company again!!!!!!!! I suggest to anyone wanting or needing new parts not to order with this company!!!!! I’ve contacted seller all they say is it’s been sent to royal mail but still no tracking number still nothing!!!!!!
