  The JBL, Xtreme 4 portable Bluetooth speaker was delivered on time in excellent condition. It was packaged very well to prevent damage during transit and was a new item as advertised. Once opened, the speaker functioned perfectly and exceeded my expectations for the cost of the item.

  I was extremely disappointed with the seller for not shipping the product almost two weeks after I ordered it. I contacted the seller to inquire after the tracking number showed it had not shipped after 11 days. It finally arrived 15 days after I ordered and paid for it. I still wonder if I would ever have gotten the shipment if I didn’t contact the seller to inquire. A total lack of communication and customer service.

  Took over a week for seller to ship, 3 weeks total for it to arrive. I reached out to the seller to ask about tracking number not being provided and they didn’t respond. Poor communication.
