    Item arrived as described. Shipping was fast and packaged to arrive safely and FREE! Item was placed in a zip plastic bag and then bubbled wrapped. Excellent value for the product!

    Well imagine my surprise. Do to seller not completing paperwork properly I had to pay in uk pound £858 in in port duty. Even more of a surprise when opening the box I found inside the cheapest tackiest plastic copy handbags. They are even bad fakes I only ordered one handbag , to make the weight inside the box was two bags , not the one as was advertised. What a rip off. Do not buy from this seller. Not the genuine items shipped.

    All though I have not received my bag yet which I believe it is my fault for what is happening with the intercepted. Overall all I believe it will be worth it once received. I trust Bagriculture and I only want to buy from them.

    *BEWARE* The bag I received was in horrible condition: extremely soiled throughout, shapeless, and completely unusable due to its condition.This starkly contrasts with the seller’s description, which claimed the bag had only very minor flaws is deceptive, unethical, & unprofessional. Initially, the seller offered an exchange or refund. However, they have now stopped responding to my communications. They advertised using misleading photos of a different, near-flawless bag.
